Wu-Tang: An American Saga

Hulu’s original series “Wu-Tang An American Saga” has become a fan favorite on the popular streaming service. The story line details the formation and astronomical rise of the New York hiphop super group, (Wu-Tang Clan). First debuting in 2019, Hulu is said to be releasing a 3rd season of the beloved series via their official Instagram profile.

Created by RZA and Alex Tse, the Hulu series features a dynamic cast of on screen personalities bringing new life to an old story. Actor Ashton Sanders Plays “RZA”, TJ Atoms as “O.D.B.”, and rapper Dave East as “Method Man” provide notable performances in a powerful cast. The series currently has an IMDb rating of 8.3/10.

Wu-Tang, created in the late 80s by founding member The RZA, released their first studio album “Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)” in 1993. Dominating New York hiphop in the mid 90s, Wu-Tang developed a worldwide fan base deeply devoted to their unique East Coast sound, infused with eastern philosophy.
